Nick Franklin is CEO and founder of ChartMogul. Prior to ChartMogul, Nick was an early employee at Zendesk. During his time at the cloud-based customer service platform, he helped it grow from a nine-person startup to a publicly traded company and led the company’s rapid expansion in both Europe and Asia.

Brad Benner is the founder of SmileBack, the customer satisfaction measurement platform used by more than 600 B2B service providers worldwide to get 10x more feedback from their customers. Originally from Seattle, Brad moved to Berlin in 2011 after selling his tech company in the States and traveling the globe for a year.

Christoph co-founded Point Nine Capital in 2011. Over the years he's invested in more than 20 SaaS startups. Before that, he co-founded two Internet startups ( in 1997 and Pageflakes in 2005). In 2008 he became an angel investor and discovered Zendesk, Clio, FreeAgent — and his love for SaaS.
